As a publicly owned utility, we feel it is of utmost importance to keep our customers informed of the latest industry news as well as what is happening locally. As well, citizens can view utility board meetings via a live feed from our "View Meetings Online" link. Meeting agendas, minutes and weekly updates are also posted on this web site on the Public Info pages. Customers who are not currently receiving the following publications may contact the IMU Program Coordinator at 515-961-9444, ext. 5302.

Eco@Home

Eco@Home is a quarterly residential publication developed by the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities (IAMU). The digest-sized, 12-page piece moves readers to consume energy more efficiently saving money and benefiting our environment. Each article informs, inspires and motivates households to action with practical ideas, often at low or no cost.

IMU Energy Partner

Energy Partner is a monthly electronic newsletter for commercial and industrial customers. Each issue includes relevant articles and resources such as unlimited “Ask an Expert” access, an Energy Library and Resource Portal and important local information alerts and announcements delivered directly to your organization from IMU.

Community Update

The Community Update is a bi-monthly publication that provides information on current programs, events and projects. The newsletter is co-published by IMU and the City of Indianola and is mailed to every billing address inside the city limits. Also included is contact information for public officials and council, board and standing committee meeting times and locations.
